Fitzroy Quartet

St. John’s Kirk, Perth

As the coronavirus crisis intensifies, the concert by the Fitzroy Quartet on Tuesday 17 March 2020 has had to be cancelled.

The concert was part of a tour organised by the Tunnell Trust. The cancellation, caused by the need to protect older audience members, was a joint decision by the societies and the Trust.

The possibility of rescheduling the concert after the crisis is over is already being discussed.

“The playing of the Fitzroy Quartet ... was fresh, engaging and responsive to the emotional worlds of each piece in turn. This young prizewinning ensemble is one to look out for.”
Barry Millington, Evening Standard
